– Once the consultation has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.

– Courses purchased are non-refundable.

Refund Method:

– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Alternatively, customers can opt to receive a coupon code for their next purchase.

Shipping:

– We do not ship or return physical products.

Restocking Fee:

Damaged or Defective Items:

– In the rare event that a purchased course has a non-functioning license key, a replacement key will be provided upon request. Refunds for courses are not applicable.
