Service Description
Horoscope Analysis: Consultation based on an individual horoscope / horoscopes taken within the booked duration. All questions based on the horoscope will be answered as long as the time is not exceeded. Compatibility Analysis: Compatibility analysis for two horoscope for marriage/relationship or business partnerships. Either the horoscope or the name along with date of birth will be required to assess the compatibility for the two individuals. All questions on compatibility will be answered. Muhurta Analysis: Muhurta determination for beginning of any activity such as marriage ceremony, house-warming, registration of a new business, travel etc. Prashna Analysis: Prashna Analysis is used in case not even an approximation of birth time exists or you just want to know answer to specific questions and not work towards birth time rectification. Prashna is as accurate as any other means of predictions and with some inputs from your side any question can be answered accurately. We do not provide any written analysis other than the on-call discussion. Please record the session or make note of the discussion as you require.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Policy 1. Booking Confirmation - All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. - A confirmation email with booking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 2. Rescheduling - Clients may request rescheduling anytime before start of consultation. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation from our side. 3. Cancellations by Client - Bookings cancelled in advance may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refund. - Refunds will be issued for all cancellations as long as the consultation service has not been availed. - No-shows or failure to attend the session will also be entitled for refund or reschedule. 4. Cancellations by Us - In cases where a booking cannot be honored from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund within 3–5 business days. 5. Late Arrival - If a client joins late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. - No extensions will be provided for lost time due to late arrival. 6. Non-Transferability - Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual. 7. Service Consumption - Once a consultation session has been conducted (fully or partially), the booking is considered consumed and is strictly non-refundable. 8. No-Show Policy - A no-show (failure to attend without notice) will be entitled to refund or reschedule. 9. Technical Issues - Clients are responsible for ensuring they have stable internet access and functioning devices. - If technical issues occur on the client’s side preventing attendance, the booking will be marked as consumed. - If technical issues occur on our side, the booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
